I'll gladly try to help you any way I'm able to, but first ... please try to resolve your questions in regard to ceramic tile or stone within the Discussion Board. I receive around 600 emails each week consisting mostly of spam and unrelated ads which I immediately delete, and unfortunately I sometimes mistakenly delete legitimate emails. I never open attached files within emails unless I have had previous contact with whomever is sending them. So be very clear within the "subject line" the content of your email to me.
